You will lead a dedicated team of five:
- 3 Customer Service Officers managing general inquiries, statements, invoices, payments, credit card processing, and the shared service inbox.
- 2 Inside Sales Representatives managing quote requests in the ERP system, communicate prices, refer larger opportunities, and close deals.
- Coach and mentor your team to deliver outstanding service and meet sales goals.
- Jump in to assist with quotes, queries, and urgent customer support when needed.
- Navigate a blend of urgent tasks and strategic, long-term customer inquiries.
- Travel bi-monthly between Kewdale WA & Thomastown VIC to build team cohesion and engagement.
- A customer-focused leader passionate about excellence and staff development.
- Someone with a proven sales mindset, able to convert opportunities into wins.
- A hands-on manager who is not afraid to dive into operational tasks.
- A dynamic multitasker who thrives in environments where priorities shift and delivers every time.
