This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to drive safety, efficiency, and service excellence in a customer-facing environment.

About The Role

As Stores Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a small warehouse team to ensure efficient management of inbound and outbound goods, inventory control, and site collections. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining safety standards, improving operational processes, and ensuring timely service to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys developing others, and takes pride in running a smooth, well-organised store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
  • Lead by example in enforcing safe work practices and use of PPE
  • Coach and support team members to ensure consistent performance
  • Oversee customer collections and minimise wait times on-site
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for cost or process improvements
  • Conduct stocktakes and maintains accurate stock records
  • Liaise with operations, customer service, and transport teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and site requirements
About You

You’re a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and the ability to influence others in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Experience in a warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
  • A current Forklift Licence
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Competence with inventory systems and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a can-do attitude
