About The Role
As Stores Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a small warehouse team to ensure efficient management of inbound and outbound goods, inventory control, and site collections. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining safety standards, improving operational processes, and ensuring timely service to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
- Lead by example in enforcing safe work practices and use of PPE
- Coach and support team members to ensure consistent performance
- Oversee customer collections and minimise wait times on-site
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for cost or process improvements
- Conduct stocktakes and maintains accurate stock records
- Liaise with operations, customer service, and transport teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and site requirements
You’re a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and the ability to influence others in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Experience in a warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
- A current Forklift Licence
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Competence with inventory systems and MS Office
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
