About the Role
As the Senior Recruitment Administrator, you will provide high-level executive support to our senior leadership team, while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office supporting 25+ staff. The role reports into a central national administration group, but here in Perth you will be the glue that holds our recruitment processes together, ensuring smooth operations across the full recruitment lifecycle, compliance and office administration.
This is a diverse, hands-on role that spans recruitment coordination, executive support, document management, office support and process improvement. We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible start and finish times
to suit your work/life balance, approx 25 hours a week.
What You Will Do
Executive and Recruitment Support (Executive Search and Government):
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from job acquisition through to candidate placement.
- Prepare candidate longlists, format resumes and compile detailed overview reports.
- Conduct reference and background checks, schedule interviews and manage digital assessments.
- Create and maintain recruitment documents, reports and compliance records.
- Assist with coordinating and facilitating panel interview processes.
- Regularly update databases, CRMs, templates and reports.
Office and Operational Management:
- Oversee office supplies, meeting room coordination, mail, signage, and events.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, including OHS support.
- Liaise with building management, cleaners, IT and external suppliers.
- Lead onboarding for new starters, manage office systems and maintain internal communication lists.
Team Collaboration and Project Support:
- Work closely with national teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the national administration team during staff leave to ensure continuity.
- Attend and contribute to monthly operational meetings.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a similar senior administration or recruitment coordinator role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confidence working across multiple platforms and managing high volumes of admin.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
- A collaborative team spirit and can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital interview/assessment platforms is a bonus!
