The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for building, developing and sustaining strong customer relationships to drive growth and achieve set sales targets.
In this role, you will professionally promote products and services while acting as a trusted representative of the business in the market. A key focus will be on identifying and developing new customer relationships to drive growth across the region, while also maintaining and strengthening existing client partnerships.
You will actively pursue and secure work by delivering innovative design solutions, competitive pricing strategies and strong client engagement. This includes preparing quotations and tenders, building a network of client relationships, and regularly reporting progress to the Manager, calling on support where required to ensure commercial success.
About You
We are seeking a commercially driven sales professional who is willing to learn who possess the following key skills and attributes:
- A willingness to learn and succeed.
- Proven direct selling experience
- Technical understanding of formwork systems and design preferred however not essential.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience working to budgets and targets
The successful candidate will be provided support and mentoring to succeed, plus be rewarded with an excellent compensation package including Car Allowance, Fuel Card, Monthly Commission and Bonus.
