The Role:
As the new Sales Representative
, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the East Coast, managing distributor relationships, and developing new business opportunities in mining, construction, manufacturing, and beyond.
Based in Thomastown
with flexibility for remote work and frequent travel (up to 50%), you’ll:
- Manage and grow a high-performing distributor network
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
- Educate partners on product offerings and value propositions
- Conduct joint sales visits and customer presentations
- Attend trade events, expos, and client meetings across the region
- Deliver on ambitious sales targets and contribute directly to company growth
- 5+ years in sales, including territory or channel management
- A proven track record in a multi-channel sales environment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confidence to operate independently while being a team player
- Strong computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools)
- A passion for customer service and solution-based selling
- Experience in industrial, environmental, or safety products will be highly regarded.
