Recognising that its success is the result of its people achieving amazing outcomes, Altrad RMD now requires a dynamic and passionate sales leader to join them in Perth and grow the Western Australia region to the next level.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Regional Manager will head up sales in WA, managing existing customer relationships, identifying new customer opportunities, and growing market share.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Take full P&L accountability for the WA operation, ensuring strong financial performance and sustainable growth.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company SMS and all relevant legislation.
  • Provide visible leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
  • Oversee and enhance operational efficiency, customer service standards, and project delivery performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and implement proactive strategies to maintain competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, introducing innovative ideas and processes that enhance business outcomes.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients, consultants, and contractors to secure repeat business and industry trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, operations, and safety to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
  • Drive a coaching and mentoring culture within the regional team, promoting professional growth and succession capability.
  • Uphold the company values in all business and leadership activities.
Requirements

The successful applicant will take a values-based approach to leadership and leverage their commercial acumen, strategic thinking and expertise in identifying innovative opportunities to drive growth and achieve revenue objectives, customer outcomes and support the ongoing business growth. This role would suit an enthusiastic, agile and hands-on sales leader with a global outlook. Representing this company, you will have a strong network in the civil infrastructure industry across the region, an open-minded approach and hunger to grow the business.
