What You’ll Be Doing
You won’t be up a ladder — but you will be:
- Coordinating and scheduling install jobs (and making sure nothing falls through the cracks!)
- Keeping Google Calendars updated with artwork, notes, and install details
- Liaising with clients about site access, scheduling, and progress updates
- Uploading SWMS, managing site inductions, and handling safety documentation through portals like HammerTech and 1Breadcrumb
- Booking access equipment and ensuring everything is ready to roll
- Wrapping up each job with photos, paperwork, and a virtual high-five
- Experience in admin/project coordination (bonus points if it’s in signage, construction, or similar!)
- A love for structure, detail, and keeping things moving
- Excellent communication skills — you’re confident speaking with clients and installers alike
- Confidence using Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and WHS documentation portals
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
