The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Process Engineer, the Process Engineer will be responsible for working closely with the sales team, you will engage with customers to understand their testing objectives, support opportunity identification, and deliver high-quality outcomes through their test plant facility.
The role will involve implementing and maintaining testing procedures at their testing facility, operating and programming equipment, producing professional test reports, and assisting technicians with on-site commissioning of permanent or pilot plant equipment, including domestic and international travel to help customers achieve optimal performance.

About You

We are seeking a Process Engineer with experience in laboratory or testing facilities, who is eager to develop their career within an international company, while gaining exposure to the mining sector.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in the following areas:
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with sales teams to understand testing objectives and identify opportunities.
  • Proven capability in implementing and maintaining effective testing procedures within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Hands-on technical skills to program, operate, and test a range of equipment, while producing clear and professional test reports.
  • Experience supporting on-site commissioning and customer handover, with flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
