The Opportunity
As the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end operations and play a key part in the company’s next phase of growth. This is a senior role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to build high-performing, efficient and scalable operational systems.
You Will:
- Lead daily operations across logistics, warehousing and procurement
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiencies and operational discipline
- Oversee WHS, supplier performance, and quality standards (ISO 9001)
- Manage and improve key systems including WMS, EDI, reporting and automation
- Provide strong people leadership, coaching and accountability
- Work closely with the CFO and executive team on strategic execution
You’re an experienced operations leader who enjoys variety, ownership and the satisfaction of improving how a business runs. You’ll bring:
- 5+ years in a senior operations, manufacturing or distribution leadership role
- Proven success uplifting processes, systems and people
- Experience with ISO 9001, audits and continuous improvement
- Strong financial and commercial oversight
- Confidence navigating and improving operational technology (WMS, Excel, software upgrades)
- A desire to live and work on the Mid North Coast, this role is full-time on site
