The Opportunity
Erskine Oral Care are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager
to oversee national operations from their Head Office in Macksville
. This pivotal leadership role will suit a Sydney-based professional ready to relocate to the Mid North Coast, offering a rare balance between career impact and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead operational strategies across procurement, logistics and warehousing
- Oversee system and process integration (EDI, WMS), driving automation and efficiency
- Manage operational budgets, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and compliance across all operational functions
- Demonstrated experience in managing ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management Systems, including certification, audits, and continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor department managers and cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with the CFO and senior leadership team to support business growth and transformation
About You
- Proven experience in a senior operations, supply chain or manufacturing leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex operational environments
- Excellent people leadership skills, with a collaborative and strategic mindset
- Expertise in systems implementation and process improvement
- Proficient with warehouse, logistics and supply chain software (WMS, Excel essential; Sage/Netstock desirable)
- Willingness to relocate to and be based full-time in Macksville, NSW
