Due to a temporary resourcing requirement, an opportunity now exists for a National Account Coordinator to join the team.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time Monday to Friday position within a busy National Account Service team, acting as the primary point of contact for designated customers and supporting Account Managers with customer service and administration activities.
You will be responsible for coordinating customer enquiries, processing requests, preparing quotations, managing order requirements and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery.
The role offers flexibility around start and finish times and, following the completion of initial onboarding and training, the opportunity to work from home several days per week.
About You
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional with the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in customer service, sales administration, account coordination or business administration
- Previous experience working within a B2B environment
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving capability
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience using Salesforce, Smartsheet or similar business systems
- A professional, collaborative and team-oriented approach.
