The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Field Service or Workshop Line Borer, working across customer sites to deliver precision machining and repair solutions.

Operating in a field-based role, you will utilise state-of-the-art line boring equipment and apply your technical expertise to repair and maintain critical components. You will work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to efficient operations and high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

For those looking to transition into field service, there are also workshop-based pathways available, providing a structured progression into mobile roles.
 
About You
We are seeking technically capable and motivated trades professionals with the following: 
  • Australian recognised mechanical or fabrication trade qualification
  • MR Driver's Licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience working with heavy machinery, with exposure to Caterpillar equipment highly regarded
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and tolerances and deliver precision work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate autonomously in field environments
  • Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong commitment to safety and reliability
