The Company
Our client is a well-funded, ASX-listed resources company advancing a significant Western Australian gold development project. Having recently secured substantial funding and achieved major project milestones, the organisation is entering an exciting period of growth as it transitions from project development into construction readiness and, ultimately, operations.

- Design and implement performance management, succession planning and leadership development programs
- Support change management initiatives associated with organisational growth and transition
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, recruitment partners and external advisors
You are an experienced HR leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys building capability from the ground up. You bring strong commercial acumen, a practical approach to problem solving and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
You will demonstrate:
- Proven HR leadership experience within mining, resources or heavy industry
- A hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a lean team environment
- Experience supporting workforce growth, project mobilisation or organisational transformation
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, ER and IR frameworks
- Experience developing HR systems, policies and processes within growing organisations
- Exposure to construction, project delivery or operational mining environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
