As Field Service Supervisor, you’ll be the link between your team and the customer – keeping jobs safe, on time, and done right the first time. You’ll lead from the front, jumping in when needed, and making sure your crew has the support to deliver.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Lead, mentor, and back your team of field service technicians
- Coordinate workloads and keep jobs moving
- Solve problems on the ground and keep customers happy
- Make sure safety is #1, every single day
- Look for ways to do things smarter and better
- A trade background (mechanical, electrical, automotive, heavy equipment – we’re open)
- 8+ years on the tools, and ideally 2+ years leading crews or ready to step up
- The ability to earn respect and get the best out of people
- A customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills to handle scheduling and reporting
- Permanent day shift. Stability and balance you can count on!
