THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, the deputy CEO is responsible for exceptional enterprise leadership, financial management and people management which supports the execution of strategic priorities in accordance with the organisation’s values. NAAJA is looking for a deputy CEO who will provide oversight of the human resources, work health and safety, law and justice, facilities and asset management, Throughcare, Kungas, family support services, administration and office management functions.
REQUIREMENTS
If you have demonstrated extensive leadership experience including the ability to lead complex organisations, practical experience engaging and working with Aboriginal people and corporations, we would be interested to hear from you. A relevant tertiary qualification and the requisite leadership, communication and corporate strategic management skills will also be essential in ensuring success in the role.
THE PACKAGE
A three to five year contract is on offer and a competitive remuneration package of $250,000 plus super, six weeks annual leave and the opportunity to salary sacrifice.
