The Opportunity
We are seeking a Data Solutions Developer with a strong focus on data engineering, analytics, and reporting to support our core business systems and our move toward more centralised, data-driven insights.
This role is well-suited to someone with experience as a Data Warehouse Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or BI Developer, who enjoys working across the full data lifecycle - from ingestion and transformation through to semantic modelling and visualisation.
You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and maintain data solutions across the treasury management system, enterprise data platforms, and analytics tooling, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem and utilising Power Platform tools where appropriate.
Key activities include:
• Designing, developing and maintaining queries and data extracts within the treasury management system to support operational reporting and downstream analytics.
• Building and maintaining ETL and data transformation processes across enterprise data sources.
• Modelling and structuring data to support warehouse-style analytical reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision making.
• Working with platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics, and other business systems as data sources.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data and analytics solutions.
• Contributing to CI/CD, environments, and deployment practices across Dev / Test / Production.
• Applying Power Platform tools where appropriate to support analytics, integrations or business processes.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a data-focused technologist who enjoys turning complex data into clear, reliable insights, and brings:
• Experience in designing and supporting data warehouses, analytical data models, or enterprise reporting solutions.
• Hands on experience with ETL / data transformation processes.
• Strong capability in Power BI, including data modelling and performance considerations.
• Experience working within the Microsoft data ecosystem (e.g. SQL, Fabric, Azure based data services).
• An analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex business problems into structured data solutions.
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse) is desirable, particularly where it complements data and analytics solutions.
• Experience working across multiple environments and an understanding of ALM / DevOps concepts.
• The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
