The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, Global Spill & Safety is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kewdale, WA.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is the key point of contact for both internal and external customers across all Global Spill & Safety product lines. You will play a critical role in the customer fulfilment process, managing orders from enquiry through to delivery while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

This role also offers long-term career development opportunities, with scope for internal progression as you grow your skills and contribution within the business.

About the Team

You will be part of a dedicated Customer Service team that prides itself on responsiveness, collaboration and problem-solving. The team works closely with Sales, Logistics, Credit and Planning to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded, while continuously improving systems and processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Process internal and external customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and online channels
  • Investigate and resolve issues relating to orders, pricing, delivery and invoicing
  • Liaise proactively with Sales, Marketing, Credit, Shipping and Planning teams
  • Manage returns, billing adjustments and customer-specific requirements
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and system capability awareness
  • Identify and recommend improvements to customer service processes
  • Prepare reports and assist with customer feedback and surveys
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Professional phone manner and a customer-first mindset
  • A positive attitude and desire to grow within the organisation
