THE ROLE

The Town is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR professional to support our People and Culture operations in the delivery of high-quality, customer-centred HR services across the organisation. Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, the Coordinator provides day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to HR staff, ensuring the effective delivery of recruitment, employee relations, and HR transactional services. This role partners closely with leaders at all levels, providing trusted advice on workforce matters and, and assists the Manager with the delivery of strategic people initiatives that help shape our workplace culture. REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified senior Human Resources professional with experience delivering high-quality recruitment, employee relations, and HR transactional services within a complex, multidisciplinary organisation. Prior experience leading a team and developing capability is essential, as is the ability to interpret and apply legislation and regulations. Additionally, strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation are critical, and Western Australian local government HR experience is highly desirable.

THE PACKAGE

An attractive base salary of $119,054 to $131,404 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate on a permanent full-time contract. In addition to the statutory 12% superannuation, you will have the opportunity to pay additional superannuation on which the Town will match up to an additional 5%.
