As the General Manager & Executive Director of Beilby Downing Teal, a role he has held since 2006, Nick has over 30 years of senior management experience, holding a variety of senior executive management and managing director positions. He specialises in executive-level search and recruitment, focusing on C-suite and senior leadership roles across Mining & Mining Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, and high-level Government positions.

Nick works closely with executive teams and boards, providing strategic advice on recruitment and retention strategies to ensure long-term success. His extensive knowledge of the mining industry, coupled with broad expertise in Government, Infrastructure and Engineering, enables him to address the unique talent requirements of these sectors.

As a board member and leader of the WA branch, Nick is instrumental in overseeing operations and delivering tailored recruitment services for the mining and related industries. His deep involvement in the business, particularly in Mining and State Government sectors, positions him as a key contributor to executive search and client relationship management.
